Injection of capital.
When Noshaq acquires a stake in a company, it is with the aim of providing support and assistance.
That is why we are always a minority shareholder.
Noshaq is an active partner acting in the interest of the company and keen to develop its growth. We do not intend to retain our stake in the companies we support. Shareholders may always elect to buy back the shares acquired by Noshaq in total transparency, since the price of these shares will have been fixed at the time of investment.
Loans.
A loan can also be negotiated during an analysis of the situation and the needs of the company. To develop the most appropriate financing package, Noshaq takes into account the specific character of the companies and analyses their needs on a case by case basis.
The possibilities are many: bond loans – convertible or otherwise, with security or otherwise.
Leasing of equipment or real estate.
Do you need to develop a specific infrastructure? Or need to buy a new machine? Noshaq also sets up financial lease contracts on equipment or real estate. This is a direct practical option.

LégiaPark
Located opposite the Mont-Légia hospital complex, the LégiaPark is a 30,000m² business centre dedicated to hosting businesses that operate in life sciences.
The LégiaPark offers a “turnkey” range of adapted premises (offices, laboratories, clean rooms, logistics and technical areas, etc.) that meet the needs of the biopharma and biotech sectors, while at the same time enabling the development of the ecosystem in the Liege region.
La Grand Poste
La Grand Poste is the figurehead of Liege’s creative district and a whole community of entrepreneurs with a focus on the new economy, the digital, media and entertainment industries. Its activities are based on 5 pillars: a (co)working space; a food market, a bar and a rooftop; a craft brewery; a place to host startup support programs and a media campus for students of the master in journalism of the University of Liège
Le GIGA
Le GIGA is the interdisciplinary research institute in biomedical sciences of the Université de Liège. Located within the University Hospital on the Sart-Tilman campus, le GIGA has more than 600 scientists specialising in the development of health solutions for the benefit of patients. Le GIGA scientists include physicians, pharmacists, veterinarians, psychologists, molecular and cellular biologists, chemists, physicists, mathematicians and engineers.
WSL
WSL supports Walloon engineering projects by providing them with expertise and infrastructure. The team supports techno-entrepreneurs throughout their project, from the launch of their company through to the growth phase.
The Pôle image de Liège
The Pôle Image de Liège is a federation of audiovisual service providers covering the various markets concerned (cinema, broadcasting and corporate bodies). Its objective is to develop and structure this industry by creating adapted infrastructures and setting up financial incentives, in particular via its Tax Shelter provision.
